Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters contain diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) pain-relieving ingredient. Unlike tablets, Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters are applied at the point of pain. This way, diclofenac can reach deep into the tissue after topical application, so it acts where you need it.

What are Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters used for?
Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters are used for local, short-term treatment of pain from acute strains, sprains or bruises of the extremities following blunt trauma – such as a sports injuries. You banged your leg on the coffee table and took a tumble? Or maybe you were jostled during a friendly game of basketball? Enter Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plaster.
Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters are super easy to apply. Just apply one plaster in the morning and one plaster in the evening.
Here’s how:
- Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and non-greasy.
- Tear open the individual plaster sleeve.
- Peel back the plastic backing.
- Gently press the plaster onto your affected area, adhesive side down.
- Smooth out the plaster to ensure it is lying flat against your skin.
- Only use one medicated plaster at a time, even if you have multiple areas you’d like to treat.
- Start to regain your joy of movement.
The maximum daily dose of Voltarol medicated plaster is two plaster per day.
Voltarol 140mg Medicated Plasters contain dicloflenac sodium. The plasters are made out of non-woven fabric and paper.
