Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel provides all-day relief from pain and inflammation in joints. If you want to keep enjoying your everyday activities, then double strength Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel can help you take back control of your life by providing you with long-lasting pain relief. Voltarol 12 Hour emulgel P 2.32% Gel can be used for up to 14 days under pharmacy supervision. If symptoms do not improve by day 7, or if they worsen within the first 7 days, a consultation with a doctor is recommended. Do not use for more than 14 days unless recommended by a doctor.
    The gel is not recommended for use in children under 14 years of age.

    Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel requires only two applications per day, approximately 12 hours apart (morning and evening), to provide all-day concentrated relief from pain and inflammation. Regular application (according to instructions) creates a reservoir of diclofenac, the active ingredient, deep within the skin – a source of medicine that is available throughout the day.

    Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel can provide concentrated all-day pain relief by targeting pain and inflammation at the source. By applying the gel twice a day (morning and evening), a reservoir of diclofenac is formed to give the skin a source of active ingredient that provides long-lasting all-day pain relief (when applied regularly according to instructions). The Emulgel technology used in Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel helps the active ingredient diclofenac to penetrate deeply into the skin and reach the site of the pain and swelling.

  • When should I NOT use Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel?

    You should not use Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel if:

    • You are allergic to diclofenac, propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, butylhydroxy toluene or any of the other ingredients
    • You are in the last three months of pregnancy
    • You have ever had an asthma attack or allergic reaction after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs such as diclofenac or ibuprofen
    • If you are using NSAIDs or other products containing diclofenac
    • Children under 14 years of age

    If you have any other health conditions or you are taking any other medications, including those that do not require a prescription, always ask your pharmacist or doctor if Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel is suitable for you. In addition, before you start using Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel carefully read the product information leaflet included in the pack for instructions on how to use.

    Voltarol 12 Hour Emulgel P 2.32% Gel should only be applied to healthy skin and not rubbed into open wounds, infections, open injuries or any other area where the skin is abnormal.
