Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel has a higher concentration of inflammation-and-pain reducing active ingredient, NSAID diclofenac, than our Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel. This means it provides all-day joint and back pain relief when you apply it just twice daily; whilst still giving a triple effect, helping to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and so helps speed recovery.
When Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel provides all-day sustained pain relief by penetrating deep into the joint to ease pain and reduce inflammation, you can get back on your feet again.
Diclofenac is the active ingredient in Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel. Diclofenac penetrates deep into the joint and provides pain relief for up to 12 hours. Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel reduces pain in joints with a higher diclofenac concentration than our Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel. Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel is available in two pack sizes so you can carry it with you or keep it at home in the cupboard.

Using Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel couldn’t be simpler:
- Open your tube of Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel:
- To remove the seal before first use, use the reverse side of the cap to insert, twist and remove the seal from the tube.
- Squeeze out a small amount ranging in size from 1 penny to a 2 pence coin, depending on the size of the affected area.
- Gently rub into the skin above where you are experiencing body pain.
- Apply Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel twice daily, morning and evening.
- Start to regain your joy of movement.
Use up to 7 days for soft tissue injuries, like sprains or strains, relieving pain and helping recovery back to normal function. As soon as your pain subsides, stop using Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel. If the pain and swelling do not improve within 7 days, or if they get worse, tell your doctor.
Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel contains 23.2mg/g of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID), diclofenac diethylammonium; this concentration means you can apply only twice per day (morning and evening) for all day pain relief. Our Voltarol Joint & Back Pain Relief 2.32% Gel ingredients are what make it so uniquely effective. It contains a permeation enhancer which allows for increased permeation of diclofenac through the skin*, providing 3x more effective pain relief**.
